We welcome you to the VALKYRIES project website (hereinafter the "Website"). The purpose of the Website is to publicize the project, disseminate the different activities that are carried out during its development, such as workshops and conferences, and, in turn, give visibility to the articles and public deliverables that are prepared by the consortium of companies that make up the project.

Through the Website, INDRA SISTEMAS, S.A. (hereinafter, “Indra”), as coordinator of the VALKYRIES project, makes available to users a contact email through which anyone who wishes can request additional information regarding to the project, as well as expressing your doubts or concerns about it or about the information published on the Website. You are responsible for the veracity and legality of the personal data and information that you provide us.

The personal data that the user provides when sending an email to the contact email address will be processed based on their consent by Indra as the data controller for the sole purpose of managing and responding to the request made. These data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfil the stated purpose and will be kept blocked for one year, six months after having responded to your request.

To respond to your request, the personal data you provide will be processed solely by Indra, guaranteeing the adoption of security measures aimed at guaranteeing the confidentiality of the personal data provided by users.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Indra may publish images or videos on the Website about certain activities related to the VALKYRIES project (events, conferences, workshops, video conferences, etc.) These videos will be kept on the Website for the duration of the project as well as during the period in which the Website remains active for public access. The publication of these images or videos, when they include the image or voice of a natural person, is subject to the prior consent of the interested party. If you appear in one of these images or videos, we remind you that you can exercise your rights in the way that is set out in the following paragraph.
